Peter Serhalawan
Peter is co-founder of New Frontier Solutions and holds a master degree in Econometrics from
the Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He has been practicing Operations
Research and econometrics over the past 20 years and participated in an extensive number of
consulting projects in the areas of finance, insurance, aviation, oil & gas, manufacturing and
logistics.

Frank van Gelder
Frank is co-founder of NFS and holds a degree in law from the University of Leiden, the
Netherlands. He is a Risk Management and Corporate Governance expert with many years of
experience in international banking and industry. Prior to his involvement in New Frontier
Solutions he spent the first part of his career in bank Surabaya and Amsterdam. He held a
number of assignments in the fields of Corporate Finance, Treasury and Management. He further
has been a World Bank consultant. Currently, he also serves as independent commissioner &
head of the audit committee with a top-five public listed firm in Indonesia.

Dr. Nilotpal Chakravarti | Chief scientist.
Nil received his PhD in Operations Research from University of Waterloo, Canada. Within New
Frontier Solutions, Nil is overviewing the modeling solution methodology and quality assurance
on the optimization components. He has extensive experience on numerous consulting projects
in the area of optimization. He has published extensively in international journals.

Yosua Jabby Setyobudhi
Yosua graduated Cum Laude in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science and Economics from The
University of Western Ontario, Canada. Yosua leads a team of operations research modelers
within the Energy business unit.

Engineering. He has been involved in New Frontier Solutions since the start and directs a team
to maintain application performance.

Yenny Subhawani
Yenny graduated Cum Laude from Trisakti University in Jakarta majoring in Industrial
Engineering. She leads a team of process engineers and consultants and oversees the product
development life cycle. Yenny is frequently assigned as consultant to projects in Indonesia and
overseas.
